Lemon Squeezy is planned to process future orders as Merchant of Record. The final checkout terms, invoice relationship, refund route and Sounds By Sjammie software license must be reviewed and published before any live sale.
If immediate download is offered, the customer flow must explicitly ask for consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect on withdrawal rights, then confirm that agreement after purchase.
The final EULA must cover personal or commercial music use, prohibited redistribution, permitted installs and activations, transferability, updates, support, compatibility, third-party notices, privacy and legal consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
The final policy must distinguish voluntary refunds from mandatory consumer rights. It may not use a blanket no-refunds rule to remove rights for faulty or non-conforming digital products, and it must publish a clear complaint route.
Each product page must identify the supported operating system, plugin format and tested hosts for the exact release. Update promises, including any free-update period, must be product-specific and written before sale.
